These Billing Terms and Conditions outline the payment, invoicing, and refund procedures for purchases made through Elevated Living LLC.
1. Currency and Pricing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address and credit card expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. Invoicing and Proof of Purchase

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, which serves as your initial receipt.

A final invoice detailing the Product(s), VAT/tax applied, shipping cost (if any), and total paid will be included with your shipment or sent via email upon dispatch. 
6. Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to refuse any order or transaction we suspect is associated with fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If we cancel an order due to suspected fraud, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
7. Refunds and Credits

All refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. 
- 
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed by Elevated Living LLC within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods. The time it takes for the credit to post to your account is determined by your bank or payment provider.
