Warranty Replacement
This policy details the process for handling warranty claims and replacement of defective products purchased from Elevated Living LLC.
1. Manufacturer's Warranty
All appliances and electronic products sold by Elevated Living LLC are covered by the original Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty.

Duration: The warranty period varies by manufacturer and product (typically 12 to 24 months). This information will be specified in the product packaging or documentation included with your item.

Coverage: The warranty generally covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It typically does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer's stated warranty period:

Damage is caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Damage is caused by external factors such as power surges, liquid damage, or misuse contrary to the product manual. 
5. Your Statutory Rights
This Warranty Policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK Consumer Law, including the right to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty or not as described at the time of purchase.
