  • Coverage: The warranty generally covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It typically does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • For faults reported outside of this initial period, the manufacturer may elect to repair the item rather than provide a new replacement, in line with their standard warranty terms. We will communicate this decision to you promptly.

4. Voiding the Warranty

The warranty will generally be considered void if:

  • The product serial number has been removed or altered.

  • Damage is caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Damage is caused by external factors such as power surges, liquid damage, or misuse contrary to the product manual.

5. Your Statutory Rights

This Warranty Policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK Consumer Law, including the right to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty or not as described at the time of purchase.
