Wholesale Policies
1. Wholesale Account Eligibility
To qualify for a wholesale account with Elevated Living LLC, you must meet the following criteria:
- 
Business Verification: You must be a registered business and provide a valid [Specify Required Document, e.g., Tax ID, VAT Registration Number, or Business License]. 
- 
Business Type: Your business must be in a related retail or trade field (e.g., home goods store, interior designer, construction contractor, etc.). 
- 
Application: All applicants must complete and submit our official Wholesale Application form, available by emailing wholesale@elevateedliving.shop. 
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
Wholesale pricing is substantially reduced from our retail prices to allow for resale.
- 
Wholesale Pricing: Wholesale pricing will be provided upon approval of your account. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price agreed upon when the order was placed. 
- 
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): The minimum requirement for any wholesale order is: - 
Minimum Unit Quantity: [Specify Number] units per item OR

Minimum Order Value (MOV): £[Specify Value] per order.

Payment: All first orders must be paid in full via Credit Card or Bank Transfer before shipment. For subsequent orders, we may offer Net [Specify Days, e.g., 30] terms upon review of your credit application.

Invoicing: A detailed Pro Forma Invoice will be issued upon order confirmation. 
3. Ordering and Processing

Order Submission: All wholesale orders must be submitted via [Specify Method, e.g., our dedicated wholesale online portal] or via email using our official Wholesale Order Form.

Processing Time: Wholesale orders typically require [Specify Time, e.g., 3–5 business days] for processing, depending on the size and availability of the stock. 
4. Shipping and Freight
Wholesale shipping terms differ from our standard retail policy.
- 
Shipping Costs: Wholesale orders are FOB (Freight on Board) from our warehouse in Glasgow, UK. Shipping costs are NOT included in the wholesale price and will be calculated and billed separately based on volume and final delivery address. 
- 
Shipping Arrangement: We can arrange shipping via our preferred carrier, or you may elect to use your own carrier and provide us with your shipping account details. 
- 
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on location and freight carrier, typically taking [Specify Time, e.g., 5-10 business days] after the order is processed. 
5. Returns and Replacements
Wholesale purchases are considered final sale, subject to exceptions for damage or defects.

Defective or Damaged Items: If products arrive defective or damaged, you must notify us within [Specify Days, e.g., 7 business days] of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a credit. Photo documentation of the damage is required to file a freight claim.

Buyer's Remorse: Returns for buyer's remorse or overstock are NOT accepted. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission. After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a [Specify Percentage, e.g., 20%] processing fee. 
6. Retail and Resale Requirements

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): [State your policy clearly] We DO NOT enforce a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, giving you full flexibility OR We enforce a strict MAP policy. Resellers may not advertise our products below a specified price point. The current MAP list will be provided with your approved pricing sheet.

Online Sales: You may sell our products on your own e-commerce site. Resale on third-party marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart) requires explicit written authorization from Elevated Living LLC.
