Is my payment information secure? Yes. Our entire checkout is protected by SSL encryption (HTTPS). All payment processing is handled by Shopify's secure gateways, and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Where do you ship? We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK) only.
How much is shipping? We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the UK.
How long will it take to receive my order? Our Total Delivery Time is typically 2–4 business days. This includes: 1 business day for handling (processing) + 1–3 business days for transit (delivery).
When is the order cut-off time? Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.

What is your return policy? We offer a generous 90-DAY return window for most items. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Do you charge a restocking fee? No, we DO NOT charge a restocking fee for returns made within the 90-day window.
Who pays for return shipping? If you are returning an item due to buyer’s remorse (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process the refund within 7 business days. Funds typically post back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Are your products covered by a warranty? Yes. All appliances and electronic products are covered by the original Manufacturer's Limited Warranty (typically 12 to 24 months), which covers manufacturing defects.
How do I file a warranty claim? Please email us at contact@elevateedliving.shop with your order number and a description/photo of the fault. We will handle the verification and initiation of the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
What happens if my product arrives damaged? Contact us immediately! If the damage occurred during shipping, we will arrange for a prepaid return and ship a brand-new replacement to you at no extra cost.
